Terms of Service

These terms set out how PulseCreate provides web design, development, hosting and support. By commissioning work or using our services, you agree to them.

1. Quotes & payment

Quotes are provided free and without obligation. Once you accept a quote, we agree the scope, price and timeline in writing before work begins. Invoices are payable per the agreed schedule, typically 50% on commencement and 50% on launch for fixed-price builds.

2. Your content & responsibilities

You confirm that all text, images and materials you provide are yours to use, or that you have permission to use them. You are responsible for the accuracy of your content.

3. Ownership

On full payment, you own the final website design, content and data. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

4. Hosting & support

Hosting and support are provided on a rolling basis with no lock-in contract. You may move your site to another provider at any time, subject to any third-party licensing.

5. Limitation of liability

We work to a high standard, but our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific work giving rise to a claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
